Offshore Recruiter
As our Offshore Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our global fleet is crewed with qualified, skilled and competent offshore personnel. Working closely with our HR, Crewing, and Operations teams, you’ll manage end-to-end offshore recruitment - from liaising with agencies and shortlisting candidates to coordinating interviews, onboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records in our business management system (BMS).
You’ll also help enhance recruitment processes, prepare metrics, and build strong relationships with recruitment partners.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (offshore or oil & gas experience advantageous)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR or BMS systems
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a passion for people and operational excellence
