Training and Competency Lead
As Training and Competency Lead, you’ll manage and enhance our training and competency framework, ensuring compliance, capability, and operational excellence.
You’ll also oversee training systems, support audits and client requirements, identify training needs, and work closely with operational teams to maintain high standards.
You'll have
- Experience in training/competency within Subsea, offshore or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of compliance and competency systems
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
