Workshop Supervisor
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing ROV personnel
- Overseeing maintenance and readiness of ROV systems
- Maintaining technical documentation
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Supporting training, competency assessments and continuous improvement across the team
About you:
- Engineering qualification (HNC or equivalent) or time-served technician
- IMCA MTCS Supervisor assessment completed (preferred)
- Strong technical and operational ROV knowledge
- Proven supervisory experience in a workshop or offshore environment
- Safety-focused with excellent communication skills
