Senior Contracts Specialist joins the Film-Ocean team as commercial department grows

We've welcomed Alana Macrae to our commercial team as Senior Contracts Specialist — an appointment that further strengthens our ability to deliver complex ROV projects for energy sector clients across the globe.
Alana brings with her an impressive depth of experience across the energy and subsea industries, with a career built on contract management, commercial negotiations, risk assessment and stakeholder engagement.
Before joining us, she held the role of Senior Contracts Engineer at Spirit Energy and Subcontracts Specialist at DeepOcean — positions that have given her a sharp commercial instinct and a thorough understanding of the contractual complexities that come with high-value, technically demanding projects.
In her new role, Alana will focus on strengthening client and vendor relationships, enhancing contractual processes, and developing robust framework agreements that underpin long-term operational and commercial success.
Commenting on her appointment, Alana said:
